Gateway update: static IP fix Completed

Completed on Sunday, October 18 at 13:45 PDT (20:45 UTC). Static IPs now work for requests that go straight to an IP address.

During the update

• The gateway restarts once. Connections open at that moment will drop for about 2–4 seconds; most clients reconnect on their own.
• If you use sticky sessions (-session-…), your exit IP will change once after the restart.
• Requests by domain name work as before.

What's fixed

• Dedicated static IPs: requests that go straight to an IP address (for example https://1.2.3.4/) were failing on some static IPs. They work after this update, over HTTPS, SOCKS5 and plain HTTP.
• Rotating proxies are not affected.

Nothing to change on your side. If anything looks off afterwards, open a ticket from your dashboard and we'll look at it.
