Cancellation Policy

1. No subscription to cancel

Roam's dynamic proxies are pure prepaid pay-as-you-go — there is no monthly subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge. If you stop topping up, you are never charged again; there is nothing to "cancel".

2. Static IP auto-renew

Static residential IPs are rented per IP per month. Auto-renew is off by default and only applies if you enable it in the dashboard. You can turn auto-renew off at any time on the "My Proxy" page; the IP then simply expires at the end of the current term with no further charge.

3. Closing your account

To close your account, email support@roamproxy.com. We will process it and delete your personal data (per the Privacy Policy; abuse logs are retained as legally required). For any remaining balance refund, see the Refunds & Disputes Policy.
