Refunds & Disputes

1. Prepaid balance
Roam is a prepaid, pay-as-you-go service. Top-ups convert to account balance that never expires and can be used at any time.
2. Refunds
- Unused balance: within 7 days of a top-up, if the balance from that top-up is entirely unused, you may request a full refund.
- Partially used: consumed traffic or rental time is non-refundable; we will consider a pro-rata refund of the clearly unused remainder.
- Bonus/promotional credit, and accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@roamproxy.com with your account email and the date/amount of the top-up. We respond within 2 business days.
4. Disputes & chargebacks
If you have a question about a charge, please contact support@roamproxy.com first — we can resolve almost everything directly and quickly. Please reach out before filing a bank chargeback; we reserve the right to present transaction and usage records in response to abusive chargebacks.
