Welcome to Roam. Roam is operated by Goldkeep Digital LLC ("we", "us"), providing proxy IP services via roamproxy.com and member.roamproxy.com. By registering for or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

We provide rotating residential, datacenter and 4G/5G mobile proxy IPs, and static residential IPs. Dynamic products are billed per gigabyte; static products are billed per IP per month. Balance is prepaid and does not expire.

2. Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of the destinations you access. You must not use the service for:

• any illegal activity, fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access to systems;
• spam, malware distribution, DDoS, or any abusive/attack traffic;
• infringing intellectual property, distributing illegal content, or violating others' privacy;
• anything that violates the laws of your or the destination's jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate accounts on reasonable suspicion of abuse. We keep connection logs for abuse prevention and legal compliance (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Account & billing

You must provide a valid email and are responsible for account security. Top-ups are processed via Stripe and supported payment methods and credit instantly. Usage is metered per actual consumption (dynamic) or rental term (static). Prices may change; changes apply only to consumption after the change.

4. Refunds, cancellation & disputes

Refunds and disputes are governed by our Refunds & Disputes Policy; cancellation by our Cancellation Policy.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular destination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these Terms.
