This policy explains how Goldkeep Digital LLC, operator of Roam (roamproxy.com), collects, uses and protects your data.

1. Information we collect

• Account: the email and password (stored hashed) you register with.
• Payment: processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number, only transaction amount and status.
• Usage & connection logs: for billing, abuse prevention and legal compliance we record connection time, your source IP, destination host, and the proxy session used.

2. How we use it

To provide and bill the service, prevent abuse and fraud, comply with legal obligations, and support you when you contact us. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share with

• Stripe — payment processing;
• upstream proxy providers — only as needed to route your connections;
• our email provider (Resend) — verification and notification emails;
• where required by law or to respond to lawful requests from authorities.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Connection/audit logs are retained for 12 months for abuse prevention and compliance, then deleted.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or close your account, by emailing support@roamproxy.com.

6. Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. We do not use advertising trackers.
